Prashan LimbuThe "sunlight-filled" walkway system will be part of Lee Garden Eight, a collaborative venture between Hysan Development and Chinachem Group, which is poised to become a vocal point in the Lee Gardens Area of Causeway Bay, the venture said.
A new integrated all-weather pedestrian walkway system will be built to connect the entire Lee Gardens Area to the Causeway Bay MTR station, promising substantial improvements in traffic flow.

The walk, which will take about five to seven minutes, will be enhanced with convenient grab-and-go options and artistic installations, offering a sustainable and enjoyable route to Lee Garden Eight, it added.
Systra MVA, a global transport infrastructure consultancy, has been tasked with designing the entrance and exit strategies for Lee Garden Eight with the aim of improving at-grade road conditions.
The project, which includes the expansion of Caroline Hill Road and Leighton Road, is anticipated to enhance traffic efficiency in the area by up to 25 percent.
The commitment to creating a well-connected community extends to targeted enhancements within the Lee Garden Eight precinct, the venture said.These improvements will introduce a new retail hub featuring premium stores and outdoor dining options, as well as a vast 60,000-square-foot green space open to the public.
The initiative also aims to establish a new green landmark in the heart of Causeway Bay.Further streetscape enhancements throughout the Lee Gardens Area will improve both functionality and aesthetics, helping to shape a vibrant, self-sufficient community that merges office, retail and lifestyle elements, thereby transforming the precinct for the future, the venture said.
