Macau’s must-see aquatic show “House of Dancing Water” will return to City of Dreams Macau in May, with tickets going on sale next Monday (Mar 10).
The show, revolving around a romantic storyline, cost 2 billion yuan to produce and has staged nearly 4,000 performances since its debut in September 2010.
Directed by Giuliano Peparini, the reimagined version will feature a refreshed narrative that aligns with contemporary artistic contexts and delivers enhanced visual effects and immersion.
The show will take place in a 270-degree theater-in-the-round venue equipped with cutting-edge stage technology, advanced water systems, hydraulic elevators, precision lighting and lasers, and projection for an unparalleled visual experience.
Featuring a team of nearly 300 cast members, crew, and behind-the-scenes staff from over 30 countries, the show will seamlessly blend acrobatics, dynamic dance choreography, and daring water stunts.
Cast members will also interact deeply with the audience from within the seating area, creating a personalized and captivating pre-show experience.
“We firmly believe that the incomparable experience offered by House of Dancing Water will shape Macau into a premier live performance destination,” said Lawrence Ho, Chairman and CEO of Melco Resorts and Entertainment.
