The gym chain is preparing the agreement documents for the customers of Physical Fitness, which will allow them to freely use any remaining personal trainer courses and facilities they have previously paid for.
However, perFIT will only provide fitness membership services for up to 36 months to those affected members, and the monthly membership fee will be HK$288 after the period.
The gym chain clarified that the new agreement would ensure customers' consent to allow perFIT to access, utilize, and store contracts, agreements, and personal information previously signed with Physical Fitness and other relevant entities.
After customers sign the documents, they will enter into a new agreement with perFIT to confirm the continuation of services.
A spokesperson for the company emphasized that perFIT is not affiliated with Physical Fitness and is offering the remaining services to affected customers free of charge, aiming to assist them as much as possible during this transition.
