Local TV, movie actor is taxi driver in Ma On Shan cow ramming case

Local actor Choi Kin-shing, best-known for his role as “Angel B” in the 1999 classic Street Kids Violence, was the taxi driver involved in the cow ramming case that happened in Ma On Shan on Thursday night, sources said.

Choi, 61, has appeared in over 60 movies, mostly in the 1980s and 1990s, in roles from assassins and rascals to bodyguards and thugs. He also appeared in the TVB half-hour sitcom Come Home Love: Lo And Behold. He now drives a taxi in his spare time.

This is the second time Choi was involved in a traffic accident on Sai Sha Road. On August 12, 2022, Choi’s taxi was hit head-on by a Tesla driving on the wrong side of the road, with the actor suffering injuries to his rib cage.

The Tesla driver failed a breathalyzer test and was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving.
