The injured cyclist had injuries to his limbs and was taken to the Caritas Medical Center.
Separately, a number of cyclists collided near the finish line located on Mody Road in Tsim Sha Tsui in two accidents between 10.40 am and 11 am.
Sources said the second accident saw a cyclist fail to brake in time when an ambulance at the scene was reversing.
