Ballot results for Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2023 announced

The Hong Kong Housing Authority conducted a ballot on Thursday morning for the “Sale of Home Ownership Scheme Flats 2023” and the “White Form Secondary Market Scheme 2023." 

Cleresa Wong Pie-yue, Chairperson of the Subsidized Housing Committee, hosted the live balloting today at around 10:30 a.m. 

The first five lucky numbers drawn for the Home Ownership Scheme flats are 92, 31, 59, 78, and 01. And then, the following numbers were 36, 20, 68, 69, and 48. 

In addition to the Home Ownership Scheme Flats, the Housing Authority also conducted the ballot for the White Form Secondary Market Scheme. The lucky numbers drawn for this round were 31, 08, 27, 38, 83, 71, 20, 80, 95, and 58. 

The total number of Housing Ownership Scheme flats available in this round was 9,154, the largest number of available apartments since the reopening of the scheme. 

The available flats were spread across six locations in four districts: Kai Yuet Court in Kai Tak, On Ying Court, On Lai Court, On Wah Court in Kwun Tong, Siu Tsui Court in Tuen Mun, and Long Tin Court in Yuen Long. 

They were sold at a 62 percent discount on the market price, with prices ranging from HK$1.49 million to HK$4.94 million. 

HA stated that they had received about 172,000 applications for this phase, meaning about 19 applicants were vying for a single unit.
