Park Silicon to release more units and announce sales arrangement soon

Wheelock Properties' Kwu Tung project Park Silicon Phase Two Palo Springs will release a new batch of units and announce arrangements for the first round of sales soon. 

A shopping mall will be located at the base of Palo Springs, with business negotiations underway, Wheelock Properties managing director Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu revealed.

The project received over 1,200 checks as of Sunday afternoon, an oversubscription of about 18 times. 

Of the potential buyers, 70 percent are users, whereas 30 percent are investors.
