Highwood Phase 2 to release first price list this week

Henderson Land Development (0012) uploaded the sales brochure for Phase 2 of Highwood in To Kwa Wan on Tuesday, with the first price list expected to be released later this week. 

This phase offers 415 units ranging from one- to four-bedroom layouts, with sizes measuring between 232 to 957 square feet. 

Show flats are also expected to open to the public as soon as this week. 

Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of the Sales (1) Department, said that the special units could be released first via tender.

He added that Phase 1 has sold 390 units so far, fetching around HK$2.43 billion.
