Chester in Hung Hom oversubscribed nearly 16 times on Tuesday

Henderson Land Development's (0012) residential project in Hung Hom, Chester, has received more than 1,600 checks so far, marking a nearly 16 times oversubscription.

Thomas Lam Tat-man, the general manager of sales (1) department said the third price list may be launched on Tuesday, and there is room for a price increase.

He also mentioned that the project has recorded 7,000 visits to date, and sales are expected to begin this weekend.
