Henderson's Chester to release sales brochure as early as next week

Henderson Land Development (0012) said its Chester project in Hung Hom is expected to upload the sales brochure as early as next week, planning to launch sales in March.

The project offers 241 flats, with two- and three-bedroom units accounting for over 60 percent.

It also includes the only top-floor signature flat, featuring the four-bedroom layout.

The unit measures 850 square feet, linking to the 445-sq-ft terraces, said Thomas Lam Tat-man, general manager of sales (1) department.
