Foto+ unveils first batch of 50 units on Monday

K&K Property's foto+ in West Kowloon unveiled the first batch of 50 units on Monday.

The units span 301 square feet to 347 sq ft, totaling HK$5.79 million to HK$7.17 million after discount.

K&K Property Investment and Sales Director Tony Cheng Chi-wing said the units will start selling as soon as next week and will begin registration on Friday.

He mentioned that the price per sq ft of the two-bedroom units is 20 percent or more lower than recent transaction prices in other new projects in the same area; therefore, the project may have room for a price increase of 20 percent or more when additional units are released.
