Phase 6A of Deep Water South releases third batch, puts 121 flats on market next Monday

Phase 6A of Deep Water South in Wong Chuk Hang, co-developed by Wheelock Properties and MTR Corporation (0066), has released the third price list, offering 51 units as it puts a total of 121 up for sale next week.

The third batch comprises one and two bedroom units with sizes ranging from 340 to 563 square feet. It is priced from HK$9 million to HK$18.6 million after discounts, or from HK$26,494 to HK$33,007 per sq ft.

Wheelock said 113 flats on price lists will be put on the market on Monday, in addition to eight units to be tendered on the same day.
