La Mirabelle I to release sales arrangement in the near term

Sino Land (0083) said it will release the first sales arrangement of Tseung Kwan O residential project La Mirabelle I in the near term, involving three- and four-bedroom units.

The first batch, including 775 square feet three‑bedroom units and 1,154 sq ft four‑bedroom units, will be sold by tender, the developer said.

Besides, the developer said a three‑bedroom showflat will open to the public for viewing on Wednesday.

The project is co-developed by Sino Land, Kerry Properties (0683), K Wah International (0173), China Merchants Land (0978), and MTR Corporation (0066).
