Hong Kong home prices to continue rising, says Ricky Wong

Hong Kong home prices are expected to continue rising, said Ricky Wong Kwong-yiu, vice chairman and managing director of Wheelock Properties on Tuesday, which plans to launch its Kwu Tung residential project as early as June.

Following official data released by the Rating and Valuation Department, which showed private home prices rose for the tenth straight month in March to hit an over two-year high, Wong said the figures signal a sustained upward trend in the city's housing market. 

He added that the company has recorded over HK$10 billion in sales for the year, achieving this milestone four months earlier than the previous year amid active transactions.
