Swire Properties sells one flat at Headland Residences for $10.13 million

Swire Properties' (1972) the Headland Residences in Chai Wan sold a 554 square feet two-bedroom unit on Sunday, totaling HK$10.13 million.

The unit's price per square foot is HK$18,274.

The project has sold 144 units to date for HK$1.25 billion.
