NWD announces House Muse residential project in Kowloon City

New World Development (0017) has named its Kowloon City residential project House Muse, with about 120 units slated to go on sale as early as this month, the developer said on Monday.

Unit layouts comprise one- to three-bedroom apartments, each accounting for roughly a third of the total, with a small number of special units, said Cannas Ho Ka-Yan, director of sales and marketing for special projects at New World Development.

The developer said pricing would be guided by nearby Kai Tak and railway-adjacent projects, and that preparations for show flats and sales brochures are almost complete.
