Sun Hung Kai Properties (0016) has launched leasing for Tower 5 of Victoria Harbour II, its luxury residential project in North Point, offering 174 units with monthly rents starting at HK$22,500.
The apartments range from around 304 to 1,052 square feet. A one-bedroom unit in the tower was recently leased at HK$32,000 per month, or about HK$83 per square foot, according to the developer.
The project is primarily targeting tenants who are senior executives from multinational corporations and international financial institutions, SHKP said.
Residents have access to two exclusive clubhouses across the development, offering views of Victoria Harbour. Amenities include a 60-meter indoor and outdoor pool, gym, children’s play area, poolside dining, and private function rooms.
