HK Express offers travel protections

The most important aspect of traveling, apart from having fun, is feeling secure.

To this end, HK Express in partnership with AXA Hong Kong and Macau launched a range of travel protection products to meet the diverse needs of travelers.

Flight delay parametric protection will be offered to eligible customers who purchase U First - priority check-in and express boarding services - at least 48 hours prior to their scheduled departure time.

Customers will receive a worldwide Airport VIP Lounges Pass for six months or a cash benefit of HK$80 if their flight is delayed by 90 minutes or more.

HK Express has also expanded its travel insurance solutions coverage to mainland China and South Korea, where travelers can access insurance offers through HK Express' official WeChat mini-program and web page respectively to purchase single-trip insurance.

A limited-time offer of 50 percent off the premium is also being offered to customers purchasing personal accident insurance until April 30 next year for limited quotas on a first-come, first-served basis.
