A 23-year-old man driving an out-of-service KMB bus caused a three-vehicle pile-up outside Tai Wai Station Friday morning when he failed to stop at a red light, injuring one driver.
At around 10.51am today, the bus was traveling along Tsuen Nam Road when vehicles ahead had stopped for a traffic light.
The bus slammed into the rear of a private car, pushing it forward into another private car ahead.
The middle car sustained damage to both the front and rear.
The 21-year-old male driver of one of the private cars, surnamed Law, complained of injuries to his foot and head and was taken to hospital by ambulance.
Online footage shows the bus continuing at speed without braking before the collision.
Police are investigating.
