As the 15th National Games officially open this November, Henderson Land Group’s malls are transforming into vibrant community hubs filled with sporting energy, uniting the city under one shared celebration of athletic spirit.
To mark this national sporting milestone, five major Henderson Land malls — including MCP Central & MCP Discovery, MOSTown, Shatin Plaza, Kolour • Tsuen Wan, and Kolour • Yuen Long are jointly hosting a series of sports-themed activities and live broadcasts of the National Games.
Partnering with over a hundred tenant brands, the malls are offering free gifts and shopping discounts of up to 50 percent to heighten the festive atmosphere. The Group expects the celebrations to drive around a 10 percent increase in both footfall and sales.
Starting in August, the malls have collaborated with multiple community and sports organisations to spark early excitement for the Games.

At MCP, the “2025 National Games Fiesta” organised by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Bureau, kicked off in mid-August as part of a touring exhibition. Soon after, the mall introduced two indoor pickleball courts to promote the fast-growing sport and encourage a healthy lifestyle among residents. Throughout September and October, the mall continued the sporting momentum with the “Let’s GOAL! Green Building Fair” organised by the Hong Kong Green Building Council, and Hong Kong’s first-ever “Let’s Welcome the National Games” event co-hosted with TVB, where popular artists and singers joined the public in cheering for Hong Kong athletes.

Meanwhile, Jockey Club Sports PLUS Elite Athletes Community Programme successfully concludes “The HKSI - Home of Champions” Roving Exhibition in MOSTown in Ma On Shan from August 22 to 31, showcased Hong Kong athletes’ training journeys through an engaging comic-style display.
In late October, MOSTown supported the “2025 National Games Fiesta” featuring interactive sports games, performances, mascot meet-and-greets, and athlete sharing sessions. The mall also teamed up with cycling legend Wong Kam Po and Tong Wing Bicycle to present the “Brompton 50th Anniversary Exhibition,” highlighting the culture of cycling and featuring classic folding bikes. On October 25, HOY TV held the “National Games Cheer Day” at the mall, where beloved TV hosts and athletes joined visitors to send their encouragement to Hong Kong’s representatives.

From now until November 21, all five Henderson Land malls will continue to broadcast the Games’ live competitions, allowing the public to experience the excitement of the National Games together.
Through a vibrant blend of live screenings, interactive activities, and shopping privileges, Henderson Land aims to bring sports into everyday life, spreading the energy of the Games throughout Hong Kong and inspiring communities to celebrate, connect, and cheer as one.
