In anticipation of the 2025 National Games, Chinachem Group has launched the “CCG Tsuen Wan Games,” a six-week festival of sports and wellness that invites the public to take part in a celebration of health, fitness, and intergenerational connection. Taking place at D‧PARK in Tsuen Wan from October 11 to November 23, 2025, the programme is designed to engage more than 10,000 participants of all ages and backgrounds. It also aims to boost foot traffic at the shopping mall by approximately 10 percent compared to the same period last year.

The festival is divided into two main phases. The first phase, titled “Get Ready,” runs from October 11 to November 19 and offers more than 70 events across six themed categories. This phase focuses on helping participants build foundational fitness and develop sports skills through family-friendly activities and workshops.
The second phase, known as “Game On,” will take place from November 20 to 23. During this final stretch of the festival, D‧PARK will be transformed into a vibrant sports arena where community members can compete, spectate, and celebrate the joy of movement together. Participants will have the opportunity to try traditional sports such as fencing and golf, alongside increasingly popular activities like pickleball and floorball. All sports will be offered with adjustable levels of difficulty to ensure that everyone, regardless of age or ability, can enjoy the experience.
Participants can enjoy increasingly popular sports such as pickleball at D‧PARK.
To provide comprehensive support during this phase, Chinachem will also establish a dedicated Athletes’ Village, managed by its specialist healthcare partner Pine Care. A multidisciplinary team of professionals will be on site to deliver services including medical consultations, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and mental health support. This holistic approach ensures that participants’ physical and emotional well-being is prioritised throughout the event.
According to Ms Amy Wu, Director of Corporate Communications at Chinachem Group, the Tsuen Wan Games reflect the company’s broader commitment to fostering health, inclusion, and lifelong wellness across Hong Kong. She described the initiative not only as a sporting event, but as a movement that brings the spirit of the National Games directly into the heart of the local community. Wu emphasised that Chinachem Group remains dedicated to promoting active ageing, supporting the well-being of families, and creating a long-lasting impact through community sports.
Ms Charmine Miao, General Manager of Leasing at Chinachem Group, explained that D‧PARK serves as an ideal location for such a cross-generational initiative. She noted that the mall has always been positioned as a lifestyle hub for modern families, and that the CCG Tsuen Wan Games provides a unique opportunity for older individuals to share their knowledge and experience, while younger participants contribute energy and creativity.
“With over 18,000 square feet of dedicated sports facilities, we are creating a platform where wisdom and energy meet — building a community sports network, and promoting the sports economy. We expect mall traffic to increase by around 10% compared to the same period last year,” she said.
During the “Get Ready” phase, participants can take part in a wide variety of experiences that go beyond traditional sports. These activities include a football showcase match featuring Hong Kong national team goalkeeper Yapp Hung Fai and other local Premier League stars. Children will also have the chance to learn football skills during a youth-friendly mixed match. Another major attraction is a floorball exhibition, where the Hong Kong Representative Team will demonstrate the fast-paced, emerging sport in a live match, giving spectators a thrilling introduction to the game.
In addition to these athletic showcases, families can enjoy the Dynamic Challenge Playground for Sports Heroes, an activity zone sponsored by HSBC Life that features parent-child game stations and a photo booth with beloved local illustrators. For those interested in nature and outdoor activity, the D‧PARK x Trailhk Hiking Club offers professionally guided training and scenic routes that encourage participants to explore hiking in a safe and accessible way.
The programme also includes wellness-oriented experiences such as an indoor sound bath using singing bowls, which aims to help participants relax, reduce stress, and improve sleep quality. Meanwhile, the SCENTLAVIE Experience Exhibition integrates sport, aromatherapy, and mind-body relaxation, offering sessions that blend stretching, essential oil sampling, and guided yoga practices.

Relaxing wellness experiences, such as indoor singing bowl sound baths, are also available for visitors.
