Campari's Negroni Week returns to Hong Kong for city-wide cocktail celebration  

Campari brings the 13th edition of Negroni Week back to Hong Kong this week until September 28, uniting over 100 bars and restaurants across the city.

A total of 23 featured venues will showcase their creative interpretations of the cocktail, including renowned establishments such as Aqua, Buenos Aires Polo Club, Dispensary, Duddell's, Primo Posto, Vesu, and Zuma.

Major hotel bars are also joining the celebration, including The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental, Lobster Bar at Island Shangri-La, Avoca at Mondrian Hong Kong, and Ozone at The Ritz-Carlton.

Negroni enthusiasts can participate in various special events, including a workshop at the SOGO Causeway Bay store on Thursday (Sep 25) and a Negroni party at Honky Tonks Tavern. 

Avoca will host Phnom Penh's rooftop bar, Sora, for a takeover on Saturday, while the week concludes with a highly anticipated guest shift by 2023/2024 Campari Global Red Hands Champion, Giusy Castaldo, at Qura.

Throughout the week, participating bars and restaurants will donate a portion of their proceeds from Negroni sales to the charity partner, Slow Food.

As a global movement dedicated to ensuring access to good, clean, and fair food, Slow Food uses the funds raised to support the global hospitality industry. 

The initiative aims to protect cultural diversity and biodiversity, advance food and beverage education, and promote fairness and health in the food system.
