Four people were hospitalized after a Tesla was rear-ended by a truck in Kowloon City on Saturday morning.

The incident occurred at 9.12am in front of 140 Waterloo Road. A black Tesla electric car was traveling south along Waterloo Road and slowed down near Lancashire Road due to traffic conditions.
A following truck failed to brake in time and collided with the rear of the Tesla. Among the passengers in the Tesla were a 51-year-old woman surnamed Yu and a 36-year-old woman surnamed Tsui, both of whom complained of chest pain.
Additionally, a 7-year-old boy in the vehicle experienced a headache. All were slightly injured and taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital for medical attention.
One of the injured women was holding a child who was also taken to hospital for a check-up.
The police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
