A private black car fled from a police check in Kwun Tong, resulting in a collision that injured two individuals in a seven-seater.

The incident occurred around 1pm on Thursday when a police officer attempted to stop and check a black vehicle after spotting the driver illegally crossing continuous double white lines on King Yip Street.
The black vehicle stopped shortly before accelerating and fleeing from the police. However, it collided into a seven-seater waiting at a traffic light.
Following the crash, the black vehicle driver ran the red light and drove toward the Kwun Tong bypass to escape.
The male driver and female passenger of the seven-seater suffered dizziness and neck pain and were sent to hospital.
The incident is listed as causing bodily harm by wanton or furious driving and the investigation into the fleeing vehicle is ongoing.
