HK Express cancels 18 flights due to Super Typhoon Kong-rey

Budget airline HK Express announced on Wednesday that 18 of its flights traveling between Hong Kong and Taiwan on Thursday (Oct 31) will be canceled due to Super Typhoon Kong-rey.

The affected flights are UO110, UO112, UO114, UO116 from Hong Kong to Taipei, UO111, UO113, UO115, UO117 from Taipei to Hong Kong, UO130, UO122 from Hong Kong to Kaohsiung, UO131, UO123 from Kaohsiung to Hong Kong, UO192, UO172, UO180 from Hong Kong to Taichung, and UO193, UO179, UO183 froim Taichung to Hong Kong.

Meanwhile, Cathay Pacific and Hong Kong Airlines advised passengers to check the latest flight status on their official websites before leaving for the airport.
