MTR Corporation announced on Monday that train services running between Tung Chung and Sunny Bay stations will end two hours earlier on October 26 (Sat) for construction of an extension.

The last train to Hong Kong Station from Tung Chung Station will depart at 11.01 pm, while the last train to Tung Chung Station from Hong Kong Station will depart at 11.07 pm.
The railway operator said free shuttle bus services will be arranged to take passengers to and from the two affected stations.
More details will be announced at a press conference scheduled for this afternoon.
According to the operator, the extension project will see two stations added - Tung Chung East between the existing Sunny Bay and Tung Chung stations, followed by Tung Chung West, which will become the new terminal on the line.
The works will involve the diversion of a 1.2 km section of the operating tracks at Tung Chung East.
