The Lunar New Year fireworks display will light up the night sky above Victoria Harbour at 8 pm tonight, after a four-year hiatus, attracting locals and tourists to crowd the harborfront.

The show is themed "All trades thrive in the Dragon's Year, China stands strong in the prosperous era" and will feature eight scenes of fireworks that last for 23 minutes in total.
Three barges will fire 23,888 fireworks shells over Victoria Harbour.
Some people arrived at the Tsim Sha Tsui promenade up to four hours early to secure the best spot to view and capture the spectacular fireworks display.
Many tourists stated that they would return to the mainland after the fireworks display and believed that everyone could leave in an orderly manner.
The Observatory forecasts clear skies and high visibility tonight with fewer clouds.
The weather watchdog reminds that the weather will be cooler at night, and citizens are advised to bring jackets.
