The lockdown is expected to be lifted around noon on Saturday.
Residents there must undergo compulsory testing by midnight while citizens who had been to the building for more than two hours between February 5 and today (Feb 18) must take the Covid tests by this coming Sunday (Feb 20).
Vaccinated citizens and those who had tested negative recently must also take the test since a mutant strain is involved.
The government will arrange door-to-door specimen collection for people with impaired mobility, while the Housing Department has set up a hotline (2777 0280) starting 7pm tonight for residents there to make enquiries and seek assistance.

The mobile testing vehicles from mainland are sent to the scene to facilitate the compulsory testing.
