Pei Ho Street Market and Wong Tai Sin Temple among 40 locations included in compulsory testing notice

Pei Ho Street Market and Wong Tai Sin Temple are among 40 locations named in a compulsory testing notice on Tuesday.

The notices included 39 premises visited by one import-related case, one possibly import-related case and seven preliminarily positive cases, and a school that had outbreaks of upper respiratory tract infection.

People who visited the 39 locations must complete tests by Tuesday:

In addition, there was an outbreak of upper respiratory tract infection and/or influenza-like illness in Tai Po Baptist Kindergarten, and the symptoms of the diseases concerned are similar to those of Covid-19.

Anyone who had been present at the school for more than two hours from December 28, 2021, to January 10 has to undergo testing at testing centers or mobile specimen collection stations by Wednesday or use a specimen bottle distributed to the places specified by the Centre for Health Protection by Friday.

The government will set up or re-open 12 mobile specimen collection stations on Tuesday to provide free service for persons subject to compulsory testing, details of the service scope could be checked here.
