Tuen Mun to Ma On Shan track opens for scenic ride

A new 11-kilometer cycle track linking Yuen Long with Sheung Shui, while passing some scenic spots such as the Kam Tin River in Yuen Long and the Long Valley Wetland in Sheung Shui, will open tomorrow.

This marks the completion of the entire 60km cycle track backbone between Tuen Mun and Ma On Shan, the Civil Engineering and Development Department announced.

The track also passes through San Tin, where cultural attractions such as Tai Fu Tai and Man Tin Cheung Park are fond, the depertment said.

Places to rest as well as cycle hubs with bicycle rental kiosks, food kiosks and toilets, are provided along the route.
