Fujian Haixi Pharmaceuticals closes bookbuilding with retail tranche 3,169 times oversubscribed: report

Fujian Haixi Pharmaceuticals saw its retail tranche 3,169 times oversubscribed after closing the bookbuilding on Tuesday, garnering HK$318.1 billion via margin loans, according to local media.

The Chinese drugmaker offers 11.5 million shares priced from HK$69.88 to HK$86.4 each, aiming to raise up to HK$993.6 million.

It requires a minimum investment of HK$4,363.6 per board lot of 50 shares and is set to debut on October 17.
