Early Light International, founded by "King of Toys" Francis Choi Chee-ming, has named the second phase of its residential project Gold Coast Bay in Tuen Mun The Reserve to offer 631 units.

The Reserve has flats ranging from studio to three-bedroom homes and 58 special units, with all units between 269 and 1,329 square feet.
The new project is expected to be finished on November 21, and more than 20 percent of homes are one-bedroom units.
