St John's autumn 2020 collection is the fashion house's first full line by its new creative director Zoe Turner, who previously spent a decade at Dior, during which she helped make knitwear the brand's signature creations.
Paying tribute to the house's simple yet versatile knitwear, Turner's timeless pieces are wearable by the modern woman, as seen through tailored silhouettes reimagined in an oversized yet structured fit.
The collection combines leather, tweed, soft draping and intricate openwork. Eye-catching details such as open backs, pleats and dramatic sleeves in pale peach, warm white and blush hues set the tone.
Turner's favorite piece is the nappa leather belted coat, which she recommends pairing with a moss stitch knit V-neck jacket and knit plisse lined pants.
