Available every evening throughout September, the roll-licking feast presents a sumptuous Tuscan dining experience. Bistecca’s value-packed 5-course birthday menu, created by Head Chef Marc Benkoe, features the restaurant’s most popular dishes, alongside a wine pairing option with premium vintages.
Drawing on the rustic steak house traditions of Northern Italy, Bistecca’s specialty is house-cut Fiorentina, a dry-aged Porterhouse steak offered in many of the world’s best steak houses. The authentic char-grilling technique over a wood fire lends the steak a tantalizing and smoky flavor distinctive of the celebrated restaurant.
The menu commences with buffalo mozzarella, followed by seafood and a hearty risotto. The tenderloin with foie gras is the protagonist of the feast. What rounds it up nicely is a crowd-pleasing chocolate dessert.
