Man found dead in Kwai Chung public housing flat, daughter makes discovery

A 48-year-old man was found dead inside his public housing flat in Kwai Chung on Saturday night.

Police received a report from a woman at about 9.33pm stating her father had collapsed in a room at Shing Wo House, Kwai Shing East Estate. Officers and paramedics arrived to confirm the man, surnamed Tsui, had died at the scene.

Preliminary investigation suggests Tsui had a history of medical conditions. The case has been classified as a discovery of a body, with the cause of death to be determined by an autopsy.
