Police are investigating an arson case after a security patrol sensor was found burned in Tsui Ping South Estate on Wednesday night.

Officers responded to a report from estate security around 10pm stating that an electronic patrol sensor in a corridor of Tsui Lok House showed scorch marks.
Firefighters conducted preliminary examination and deemed the fire cause suspicious. The case has been classified as arson.
No injuries were reported and no evacuation was required during the incident. Police are investigating the cause and searching for those responsible.
The case has been assigned to the Kwun Tong district crime squad for further investigation.
