Hong Kong Disneyland Resort announced on Friday that Tim Sypko will assume the role of president and managing director effective November 23, succeeding Michael Moriarty, who will transition to executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Disney Experiences.
Hong Kong Disneyland Resort revealed that Tim Sypko, a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience, will become the new president and managing director starting November 23, replacing Michael Moriarty, who will take on the role of executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Disney Experiences.
Sypko joined Walt Disney World in Florida in 1990 and has served as Hong Kong Disneyland’s Senior Vice President of Operations for the past five years.
The park highlighted Sypko’s deep operational expertise and strategic leadership, emphasizing his critical role in strengthening partnerships and advancing resort expansion projects.
