The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) will host four innovation and technology exhibitions from October 13, featuring 6,200 exhibitors from 27 economies.
The events include the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition), electronicAsia, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), and the Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo.
Sophia Chong Suk-fan, Deputy Executive Director of the HKTDC, stated that the exhibitions aim to foster cross-industry exchange, promote smart city development, and highlight Hong Kong's role as a leading international exhibition hub.
The Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) and electronicAsia are expected to attract over 3,200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, showcasing products and solutions in fields such as AI and robotics, the silver economy, and digital entertainment.
Highlights include a robot designed for inspection and search-and-rescue operations, a humanoid robot with advanced tactile sensing and AI vision systems, and smart walking sticks equipped with GPS for the elderly.
Featuring more than 20 exhibition zones, the Hong Kong Electronics Fair (Autumn Edition) will also introduce a new "Adventure Hub" showcasing electric vehicles converted from fuel-powered cars by local startups.
ElectronicAsia will display electronic components, keyboards and switches, power supplies, printed circuit boards, electronic manufacturing services, and measuring instruments. The event will also include a series of forums and seminars.
Meanwhile, the Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition) and the Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo will bring together approximately 3,000 exhibitors from over 20 economies.
The exhibitions will showcase a range of award-winning lighting products and solutions that combine technology with innovative design.
