The footage shows a car following a blue Tesla along Ting Kok Road toward Tai Po. As both approach the traffic lights at the Lo Fai Road junction, the Tesla suddenly slows down. The following car swerves to avoid it, crashing into a passing motorcycle.
The impact sent the motorcyclist flying over the handlebars onto the road while his bike was pushed toward the curb, smashing its rear metal case.

The female driver immediately exited her car but first used her phone to film the Tesla's license plate before approaching the injured rider. Another motorcyclist stopped to assist and call police.
Online commentators condemned her priorities, with one writing: "She got out of the car so leisurely instead of checking on the motorcyclist first." Others criticized her driving, calling it "too close" and blaming her for the collision.
The incident occurred at about 11am. The 59-year-old motorcyclist, surnamed Mak, remained conscious despite suffering scratches and back pain. He was taken to Alice Ho Miu Ling Nethersole Hospital. The 48-year-old female driver, surnamed Yip, was unharmed. Police are investigating the cause.
