Hang Seng Index rises in early trading on Tuesday

The Hang Seng Index rose in the early morning trading session on Tuesday.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index increased by 304 points to 25,702 points. 

The Hang Seng Tech Index jumped by 2.8 percent to around 5,101 points.
