Hong Kong stocks rallied on Tuesday, fueled by financial and tech heavyweights.

The benchmark Hang Seng Index rose 363 points, or 1.4 percent, to 26,710 points.
The market turnover also increased to HK$291.8 billion.
Shares of China Life Insurance (2628) and Ping An Insurance (2318) both surged by over 4.2 percent.
The Hang Seng Tech Index grew by 1.5 percent to 5,825 points, with SenseTime (0020) up by 5.8 percent.
Cathay Pacific Airways (0293) fell 2.6 percent on Air China’s (0753) share sale plan.
In the mainland, the Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index jumped 1.5 percent to 4,083 points and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Component Index increased by 1.4 percent to 14,022 points.
