Grand Ming (1271) named its Fanling residential project “Nexus Grand”, offering 90 units and set to launch sales later this month.
There has been no new residential supply in the Luen Wo Hui area of Fanling for nearly nine years, and with strong buyer demand and renewed rate cuts by local banks, it is an opportune time to launch the project, Shuooky Fung, general manager of sales and marketing at Grand Ming.
The project is a single-tower development offering one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 274 to 392 square feet, with 72 one-bedroom units accounting for about 80 percent of the total.
The project has obtained its occupation permit and is awaiting the certificate of compliance, with completion expected by the end of January next year, the developer said.
