Commuters relying on Citybus services had their routine disrupted on Monday morning as the bus firm’s mobile app malfunctioned, leaving passengers unable to view the estimated arrival times of buses.

Citybus attributed the problem to a technical fault with its mobile app provider, stating that the real-time arrival feature might not display correctly.
The firm advised passengers to check printed schedules at bus stops or refer to on-site digital displays for updates. Despite the app issue, Citybus confirmed that all bus services were running as usual.
