Man dies after found floating in Tsuen Wan waters

A man was pronounced dead at hospital on Wednesday morning after being rescued from the waters near Tseun Wan.

Police received a report at around 9am of a man found floating in the sea about 10 meters away from Ocean Pride.

Firefighters responded to the scene and rescued the unconscious man.

He was rushed to Yan Chai Hospital, where he was pronounced dead after failed resuscitation attempts.

Police officers are looking into the man’s identity, while his cause of death has yet to be determined, pending an autopsy.
