HK to subsidize four more Guangdong residential care homes

The Social Welfare Department has added four residential care homes in Guangdong to its Residential Care Services Scheme aiming to provide subsidised care for the elderly.

This increases the total number of care homes under the scheme in six Mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area to 15.

One of them is operated by a Mainland organization whilst the other three are managed through a partnership between Hong Kong organizations and Mainland elderly service operators.
