Her remarks followed comments from Ocean Park Chairman Paulo Pong Kin-Yee, who noted that the park is still discussing the naming of the twins with the government, as they are expected to meet the public around February next year.
Law mentioned that the public has embraced the nicknames "Elder Sister" and "Little Brother" for the two cubs and believes that these names will continue to be used even after the twins receive their official names.
However, she emphasized that the naming process must be handled carefully, including respecting the views from the twins' hometown of Sichuan.
She also expressed her expectation that the total of six pandas at Ocean Park will attract more visitors to the city.
