Sino malls answer HK government’s call to boost local economy with bustling night offerings

As the HKSAR government is introducing night bazaars to drive the city’s economic recovery, Sino Group’s shopping malls is giving a boost to liven up the mood and atmosphere of night markets by giving out 10,000 free coupons to redeem alcoholic drinks, as a celebration of this year’s Mid-Autumn Festival. At the same time, major Sino shopping malls will be holding Mid-Autumn Festival events to encourage spending after 8 pm.

As citizens enjoy a piece of moon cake and gaze at the full moon on Mid-Autumn Festival, which falls on 29 September this year, they can also head over to one of the Mid-Autumn Markets at Sino Group’s shopping malls, where they may get a free drink and a free lantern to bring home an unforgettable night.

Redeem a free glass of draft beer at Citywalk, a Sino Group shopping mall in Tsuen Wan, from 29 September to 2 October at the “Mid-Autumn Bazaar and Beer Festival”. During the event, a spending reward will be awarded to customers who spend HK$500 or above in a single transaction at the mall after 8:00 pm. With a valid sales receipt, customers can redeem a glass of draft beer for free at the craft beer booth.

Get a free drink voucher at Tsim Sha Tsui Center and Empire Center’s “Dusk Dining Delights” event from 28 September to 8 October. Customers who spend HK$300 or more on food and beverages after 8:00 pm in Tsim Sha Tsui Center and Empire Center can get a drink voucher worth $50, which can redeem a glass of beer or cocktail at selected bars at the beloved night spot Alfresco Lane in East Tsim Sha Tsui.

What’s more, drink coupons are up for grabs at high-speed rail stations and bus stops from 28 September to 2 October, inviting tourists to taste fine wines for free at Alfresco Lane in East Tsim Sha Tsui, while enjoying the mesmerizing night view of Victoria Harbor and promoting the local economy.

Immerse in the Mid-Autumn festivities at China Hong Kong City’s “Mid-Autumn Market” from 16 to 29 September and check out the delightful array of festive goods. Bring home a free traditional Chinese lantern from the night markets in China Hong Kong City, Tsim Sha Tsui Center and Empire Center, available only on 29 September, which is the first day of the Mid-Autumn Festival.
