Nathan Law Kwun-chung (29-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Incitement to secession" and "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
Law was said to be attending hearings, meeting foreign politicians, participating in media interviews, issuing open letters, taking part in petitions and publishing posts or videos on social media to advocate separating the HKSAR from China between July 2020 and November 2022.
He was also accused of urging foreign countries to impose sanctions, blockade, or engage in other hostile activities against China and the HKSAR.
Ted Hui Chi-fung (41-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Incitement to secession", "Incitement to subversion" and "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
Hui was accused of jointly with others to initiate the "2021 Hong Kong Charter" and repeatedly advocated "Taiwan independence", "Hong Kong independence" and the overthrow of the basic system of China through social media platforms since March 2021.
He was also said to publish social media posts to urge foreign countries to impose sanctions and engage in other hostile activities against China and the HKSAR government between January 2021 and December 2022.
Elmer Yuen Gong-yi (74-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Subversion" and "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
Yuen was said to repeatedly urge foreign countries to impose sanctions against officials of the HKSAR government and personnel of the Judiciary and engaged in other hostile activities against the city between July 2020 and May 2023.
Between July 2022 and May 2023, he was accused of forming a body of power named "The Hong Kong Parliament" to launch a "referendum" to achieve self-determination and subvert the State power.
Dennis Kwok Wing-hang (45-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
Kwok was said to have written a report published by an organisation outside Hong Kong in September 2021 to voice his support for a series of "policy recommendation" to urge governments across the globe to impose sanctions or blockade, and engage in other hostile activities against China and Hong Kong.
In December 2022, in a meeting held by an organisation outside Hong Kong, he was accused of appealing for imposing financial sanctions and engaging in other hostile activities against the HKSAR.
Kevin Yam Kin-fung (46-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
In November and December 2022, Yam met foreign government officials to instigate sanctions to be imposed by foreign countries against officials of the HKSAR government.
He was also said to be urging foreign countries to impose sanctions against personnel of the Judiciary and prosecutors of the HKSAR in a hearing held by a foreign authority in May this year.
Anna Kwok Fung-yee (26-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
Between September 2021 and February 2022, Kwok was said to attended meetings and campaigns in foreign countries as a core member of the "Hong Kong Democracy Council" and met foreign politicians and government officials to call for sanctions or blockade to be imposed, and other hostile activities to be engaged in against China and the HKSAR.
Mung Siu-tat (51-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Incitement to secession")
Mung was said to have smeared the central government and the HKSAR government and advocated separating the HKSAR from the People's Republic of China in a meeting held outside Hong Kong in June last year.
Finn Lau Cho-dik (29-year-old)
(The offences involved: "Collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security")
Between July 2020 and June 2021, Lau was accused of continuously urging foreign countries to impose sanctions or blockade, or engage in other hostile activities against China and the HKSAR through various platforms and also establishing the "Hong Kong Liberty".
