Thirteen places in Kwai Chung among 37 locations named in Mon’s compulsory testing notice

Thirteen places in Kwai Chung, including restaurants, estates, secondary schools and a clinic, were among 37 locations named in a compulsory testing notice on Monday.  

Three estate blocks were included, namely Yam Yue House of Shek Yam East Estate, Kwai Foon House of Kwai Fong Estate and Shek Wing House of Shek Lei Estate. Also in the list were two secondary schools - TWGHs Chen Zao Men College and Carmel Alison Lam Foundation Secondary School.

The named restaurants were Chef Thai, Tung Hoi Congee Shop, Cafe 100% and Star Seafood Restaurant.

Three private clinics - Dr. Lam Wai Kuen in Ma On Shan, Dr. Young Yiu Fai in Kwai Chung and Dr. Kwok Shu Ming in Fanling - were also listed in the notice.

The locations on the list were visited by two local cases, six cases linked with previous cases and nine preliminarily positive cases.

Since some sewage samples collected at Yan Chai Hospital Artiste Training Alumni Association Care & Attention Home in Kwai Chung have tested positive, people who stayed there for more than two hours from January 17 to 30 must get tested by Tuesday.
