10 who arrived in Singapore infected with virus

Singapore reported 10 new coronavirus disease patients as of noon on Wednesday, all of them arrivals in the island.

All  were placed on stay-home notice on arrival, said the Ministry of Health in its initial daily update, Chanel News Asia reports.

No new locally transmitted infections were reported in the community or in migrant worker dormitories. This is the fourth consecutive day where there have been no locally transmitted cases.

Details of the new patients will be released on Wednesday night, said the ministry.
